Upgraded Booking Terms

Illness or Injury - for you and those in your immediate household

You would need to provide:
Doctor’s note or Medical Certificate (MED 3) confirming:

The details of the illness or injury
The date it first occurred
That it prevents you from attending the course
Proof of relationship if the person is not you

Death of an immediate family member

Up to 35 days prior to the date of the course

You would need to provide:

Death certificate
Proof of relationship

The upgraded booking terms fee is non-refundable.

Please note this is not an insurance policy and we cannot offer a free transfer for any other reasons than those stated above.
We will endeavour to transfer you on to the practical training days of your choice, subject to availability.
You will not be able to transfer from online to face-to-face practical training days.

Please check the Terms and Conditions, which you automatically accept when you select our Upgraded Booking Terms.
