The full course fee must be received before a learner can be enrolled onto the course. You have 12 months to complete the course from the time of booking. If your employer is funding the course fee this needs to be confirmed by them in writing at the time of booking and we will invoice them. However, as the course delegate you will be responsible for payment should your employer default. Payments can be made by credit/debit card.
A contract will exist as soon as you return your booking form. Places can only be confirmed when full payment has been received.

FABS/FAST-TRACK FABS Training
Cancellation policy
If you change your mind and do not wish to continue with an online training programme (including FABS and Fast Track FABS) we will offer a refund less an administration fee at £55 provided the request for a refund is given within 14 days from making payment for the training and that you have not accessed any of the training materials (this includes eLearning content and attachments sent to you via email). You will also be required to return any training equipment sent to you.
If you have accessed the training material or your request for a refund is outside the initial 14 days from making payment, we are unable to offer any refund.
If you have booked an in-house course, please be aware we are only able to transfer the place to another member of staff if the course materials have not been accessed and it is requested more than 8 weeks prior to the practical training dates. This will be subject to the administrative fee of £55.
Please be aware that by agreeing to these terms you are entering into a legal agreement stating that you are happy to proceed with your purchase and are doing so by your own freewill.
Transfer Policy
To ensure you have all the information you need and the best possible chance of passing your assessment, all the eLearning must be completed before you attend the practical days training. Should you need to transfer onto another practical course there will be an administration fee, including VAT, of £220.
If you cannot attend the practical training days (or any part thereof) and request to transfer your training dates, there will be an administration fee, including VAT, of £220. If you purchase the Upgraded Booking Terms, you’re entitled to one free transfer if you cannot attend the Move it or Lose it Training course due only for the following reasons and on provision of the evidence required below within 30 days of notice:

Cancellation by us
We will always try our best to avoid cancelling a course. If unforeseen circumstances occur that force us to cancel, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid or the opportunity to transfer your place to the same course on another date.
Move it or Lose it Ltd are not held liable for any additional expenses you incur through cancelling the event e.g. travel expenses and accommodation. If there are circumstances beyond our control which cause us to cancel or change your trip such as war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, we will not refund or pay you any compensation or be liable for any other expenses to you.
FABS Online Training
If you are completing your FABS training online and not attending face-to-face practical days, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the capability to complete the training online. This includes a stable internet connection, up to date internet browser, and you must also be able to access Zoom (with video and audio), which is the platform we will use to run the online training. You will need a webcam and sufficient amount of room space so that the Trainer can see you in full i.e. head to toe in camera shot.
If there are technical issues on the day such as losing internet connection, poor internet connection or your video or microphone not working then depending on how much of your training has been affected will determine what to do next. It might require you sending in a video of your exercise demonstration or attending the two days again. We will discuss this with you should we need to and additional charges might apply.
Please be aware that our Transfer Policy and Cancellation Policy apply to the FABS Online Training.
Course Assessment
You will be informed of assessment methods at the beginning of your course. If you need to retake your practical assessment, this must be done within twelve months of the original assessment date and may require you to travel to another course venue which has to be arranged at your own cost. The cost for re-sitting the practical assessment is £220.00. Any additional assessments may not be at the original venue. If you do not complete your online learning and assessments by the specified deadline and you’re unable to receive your certificate of completion at the course, you will be required to pay a £20 late submission fee for your certificate.
Practical CPD days
If you request a course transfer 8 weeks or more before your CPD course date you will incur a transfer fee of £30 for an online CPD and £50 for a face-to-face CPD. This must be paid before we can transfer you to an alternative date.
If you request a CPD transfer less than 8 weeks before your course date your place on the original course will be cancelled and you will have to book another date at full cost. If this request falls outside of the early bird booking rate, you will be required to pay the increased rate. We have to ensure CPD dates have sufficient numbers to make them viable and therefore, this policy should provide certainty for CPD attendees that there will be no last-minute cancellations of courses.
If you purchase the Upgraded Booking Terms, you’re entitled to one free transfer within the same calendar year if you cannot attend the Move it or Lose it Training CPD course due only for the following reasons and on the provision of the evidence required below within 30 days of notice:
